While i had planned on going to the parade in Dublin for paddys day, it was not to be, instead i made it to the tramore parade, among the highlights where Tramore legend Rocky Mills, He is Ireland's oldest Elvis impersonator, and at 72, he has been put forward to the guinness book of records, as the longest standing, and oldest in the world.
I was irritated by the local business' shitty floats, one of which consisted of small flatbed truck with some garden furniture on the back and a fella who hoped on along the way, This was for the local garden center, who, like super value, who had a shopping trolley filled with crisps, handing them out to kids in a feeble attempt at PR, had no shame in turning the whole thing into a moving ad. There were some nice cars though!
